Beverly Hills has always been synonymous with style, elegance and prestige. "Miss Beverly Hills" was created to be a licensing entity that has a broad appeal on an international level. The Company intends to capitalize on the brand name of "Miss Beverly Hills." One of the ways this will be accomplished will be by promoting various types of Beauty Pageants and then using this promotion to license the already established products in the private label industry as our MBH brand. The Company will model after proven strategies from profitable businesses such as Hawaiian Tropic, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Mary Kay.

The Company will make its business practice similar to a franchise organization, whereby a licensee will adhere to a strict code of conduct in their licensing agreement. This will ensure the quality of product and services being offered to consumers. "Miss Beverly Hills" corporate will earn its income through the distribution of specialty licensed products and earn a licensing percentage override from of all sales and live events from it's licensees.
